One material.Endless possibilities.

Kerrock is a homogeneous acrylic composite produced in Europe by Kolpa. Nova Surface Maroc distributes it and fabricates it in Casablanca for kitchens, bathrooms and professional spaces where every joint disappears and every curve is controlled.

Non-porous: No porosity: stains and bacteria find nothing to hold on to.
Hygienic: A continuous surface that is easy to clean, suited to kitchens, bathrooms and healthcare.
Invisible joints: Assemblies are welded then sanded: one piece, no visible break.
Thermoformable: Heated, the material follows curves and three-dimensional volumes.
Repairable: Light marks can be sanded out, restoring the original finish.
A wide choice of finishes: More than 80 references: solids, granites, terrazzos, marbles and natural effects.

Fabrication

Advice & design review

Plans, site constraints and shade selection: together we define the thickness, finishes and exact dimensions.

CNC cutting

Sheets are cut to order, including cut-outs for basins, sinks and hobs.

Thermoforming

Heated, the material takes on curves and volumes that stone or laminate cannot.

Seamless assembly

Sheets, sinks and basins are welded then sanded until they disappear: a single continuous surface.

Finishing & polishing

Progressive sanding and polishing to the chosen finish, for a perfectly uniform result.

On-site installation

Our team installs and adjusts the piece on site, coordinating with the other trades.
